DESCRIPTION:Meets Wednesday\, February 22nd @3:30 PM      Ages 5 – 9\n\nEach month\, Children’s Librarian Ms. Tea will drive the Library On the Go golf cart to a different Delray location for an engaging\, age-specific\, pop-up library program featuring themes of educational equity\, environmental and community care with curated Children’s books to enjoy.\n\nFebruary’s Library on the Go program celebrates Black Children’s Book Week (February 26 – March 4) and the limitless potential children have in life!\nThe program will feature empowering #ownvoices titles including “I Believe I Can” by Grace Byers and an interactive read aloud of “Thunder Rose\,” an African American tall tale by Jerdine Nolan. Additionally\, children will enjoy a “teach-in” of various hand games\, hula hooping and jump rope games by our awesome teen volunteers. A gift copy of “I Believe I Can” by Grace Byers will be provided for each child registrant! Meets outdoors at Catherine Strong Splash Park.
